After working extensively over the last number of years providing critical IT & telecommunications solutions to the serviced office sector we were delighted to engage with Hamilton House. They were very keen to enhance their customer experience by deploying a multi-functional, high-tech, cost-effective IP Telephony Solution. Before we got started on the project we brought in a significant upgrade to their Dedicated Internet Access connection, this gave us the capacity and required performance to power the IP Telephony solution, distribute call traffic seamlessly, and improve the overall operations for the business. Once in place, within one week we deployed the full Telephony solution seamlessly.

 To complete the overall enhanced experience for Hamilton House our strategic IT partners Zirona came on board to collaborate with Synoptic and jointly manage the new full suite of technology services in place.
