 We were approached by NiftiBusiness earlier this year to assist them with their office relocation. All elements of their telecommunications requirements needed to be deployed at the new offices within tight timelines

 Synoptic were able to install and manage the required solutions including Dual Resilient Internet Connectivity using Dedicated Fibre and Microwave, Hosted Voice integrating MS Teams, Managed Firewall, POE switch and Wi-Fi Access Points. It was a challenging project which we were delighted to be a part of and it was a pleasure to work with the team at NiftiBusiness.

 To facilitate our office move we wanted to find a supplier that could offer us all our telecoms’ requirements at competitive rates.

Synoptic rolled out all our services as we prioritised them , starting with the voice solution then the connectivity pieces and so on. The project was completed on time and without disruption and we were satisfied with the results. We now have a robust telecoms infrastructure in place and a solid team in Synoptic supporting us going forward.
